Creating a culture of continuous improvement is an elusive goal for many organizations in a wide variety of industries. Only through deliberate practice and strong coaching support can it be achieved. This program will review what is really necessary to develop the requisite skills and mindsets for continuous improvement. W. E. Deming’s Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) methodology will be covered in depth. Approaches to teaching proper practice of PDCA will be reviewed, including; Kata, A3 storyboards and more.
